Cancellations and Right of Withdrawal – A Look Ahead

As we are still in the growth phase, we are currently unable to accommodate cancellations after an order has been placed. Please note that under Swiss law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. All orders are binding and cannot be canceled or modified after placement until the right of withdrawal is introduced, especially for personalized or customized products. This ensures that products specifically made for you are delivered efficiently and without delays.
